Alabama EPA Lead-Safe Certified Contractor epa-nat-20472-1Per the EPA and Title 40 part 745 all contractor’s working on pre-78 houses need to be an EPA Lead-Safe Certified Firm.

EPA Alabama CLR Effective February 4th, 2010 – SLS Construction became an EPA Certified Firm under Section 402 of the Toxic Substances Control Act, and currently have one Certified Lead Renovator on staff.
